- Sometimes it felt like directions weren't clear to where we're headed - Although the company made significant progress to focus on where the product is placed the best (Enterprise), it appears that it was not considered that Enterprise sales cycles are way longer and can sometimes strech months; a strategy to feed the Enterprise sales operations is badly needed - Although improvement requests were taken, some of them were rather slowly implemented
