None pros, very bad company

1. Employer exploits employees. 2. Force employees to achieve the KPIs that are vey high and does not mentioned in contract of service before. Do not provide commission as promised after achieve KPIs. 3. The overall work environment and atmosphere are extremely weird, like a company engaged in illegal activities, but there is no evidence to support this.

I dont think there’s any pros

1. Overtime is expected as a matter of course, yet no compensation—either financial or in time off—is provided. 2. Job responsibilities are misrepresented; in reality, some tasks fall into legally and ethically questionable areas. 3. There are inappropriate relationships between certain members of management and employees, resulting in favoritism and workplace bullying. 4. Compensation is significantly below industry standards, with various justifications used to downplay or rationalize the low pay. 5. Unfortunately, these issues only scratch the surface—there are many more concerns that speak to the overall toxic environment.
