1. Employee dissatisfaction overal in the company 2. HR policies in india are not upto the mark. 3. Hiring & Retention policy doesnot make sense 4. Very few employees have worked for more than 4 years in a company that is ten years old. most of them are year old or recently hired. 5. no confirmed policy for appraisals. Not sure on what basis the employees are judged as no clarity on employee efficiency monitoring. it is yet to be implemented. 6. no growth for internal employee seen. have seen employees with caliber doing the same work again and again with no new projects given or involved in. No reviews no feedback what so ever. lot of other things however most important, salary package offered to local is way less than what is being paid in market.
