      Some lovely hard working colleagues

      Absolutely incompetent senior leadeirship, no understanding of workload or responsibilities. Inability for senior members to use basic technology or implement any logical changes. Unfair pay, even in relation to the sector and utterly unhygienic working conditions.

      Awfully run organisation, those higher up have no clue the toll the work takes on people in centre. No room for any decent progression
