Frequently have to work nights and weekends to meet deadlines. Environment hostile among coworkers. Job duties change frequently. Pay does not match position. Very little training or support provided. Management does not get along with other management and staff. What is told will be taking place is always opposite from the truth. Favoritism among certain employees. Job description at interview did not match job duties. There is no opportunity for advancement. All positions lateral. Workload exceeds available staff.
