Awesome staff and management! Definately better than other call centers I've worked at. They seem to really care that employees are happy. My supervisor has worked with me when I needed it which is nice. The companys growth is also fun to be a part of. I like being part of a fast growing company. Lots of food days also!

Customers can be challenging, and they can basically say whatever they want without any consequence. Higher pay for dealing with some of them would be good.
