      When I started ,Intra took over the company.The people from Intra ,were very friendly and thankful for the work the employees do .Management was great and very helpful,office personnel ,great people.In the CNC Lathe department ,management took very good care of the machines.Great equipment to get the job done.

      Only con ,having to do your own inspection ,on parts that were pretty complex.Alot of measurements to inspect.

      Thank you for the review. While the Rancho branch (Intra Aerospace) is technically not Intra Corporation, we still work very closely with them on a day to day basis.

      Good "starter" job for anyone who wants to get their foot in the door and doesn't mind working over time. They do hire within the company and give opportunities to further your knowledge.

      Very cliquey, especially throughout the women, including the HR/partial owner of the company, this makes it very uncomfortable to address issues. Pays low wages but lets you make up for it with extreme over time, this makes it hard to balance work and family life . Also, a very untrusting atmosphere, you get the feeling someone is always looking over your shoulder.
