"It is not practically possible to receive a one star review rating all the time. Indeed we are not happy that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line.
Moreover, Change is challenging at times. As you are aware we are still a growing company with multiple structural change at place with an awesome client list that is rapidly expanding; we are now competing on a more global scale, which requires a slightly tweaked strategy which takes a little time for stabilization.
As a Global Organization, support and service department are centralized from work delivery aspect at IntraEdge for better streamlining and process implementation. We often see a misinterpretation of this from an employee level.

My good experience began with recruitment. Manoj was thorough, professional and ready to help with any stumbling blocks. I have been with them 5 years now and I would not leave them unless they threw me out. I've worked for a lot of contract firms and this is one of the best from their payroll system and pay, HR, and communications to their support staff.

If you're not used to working for contract firms, you may not understand the difficulties a company faces in order to represent you professionally. This is one of the better ones from my experience.
