They opened their much awaited based on that site. Next I created a software which handled their next venture of online selling by computerizing their backedn order processing and pricing software, VPN enabled mps.123stores.com. But when they felt they are too dependent on me, they slowly sidelined me, creating my replacement slowly and almost forced me to resign.

the key person is Intelligent but his man management is extremely weak. Good pay master, but driven towards very short term goals. There are visions but lacks implementation.
