Senior leadership tends to prioritise rehiring former employees from years ago instead of investing in new talent and fresh ideas. There is a disconnect between asking for innovation and actually enabling it. Lack of support from leadership, especially for newer hires. Decisions are often biased towards those who have been at the company for 5+ years, making progression feel based on relationships rather than performance. High pressure sales culture with little margin for error. One bad quarter and you are quickly placed on performance plans, which creates a constant sense of instability rather than long-term development.
