India as a territory has lost its egde due to unethical practices, poor leadership & short-sightedness Thwarting hard-working resources to benefit a select few, Finding loop holes in the system to benefit a select few, Ignoring or encouraging a select few to practise cannibalism and few other such things has let to complete discord in the territory. A consistently well orchestrated manipulation coming from the top led to genuine sales resources being insecure about their territories & eventually leaving. Newly hired sales resouces are just scapegoats with their territories being ravaged and their performance being projected as questionable. With all this going on in the territory, QBRs have become a story telling arena with no real data, insights, projections or visions. To sum it up, business has become mockery in the region.
