Although this feedback seems to be from an unsatisfied employee who has been asked to go on performance grounds. At Intransure we have all the interns working who are hired as interns and we can provide the proofs if required. Also our Internship program is 6 months’ post which they become an employee of company. Based on the feedback given by the anonymous ex-employee he/she was intern for more than a year which is not true as part of Intransure internship program. Salary breakup is transparent to provide the clarity to employee while joining and it is of corporate standard. There are no salary challenges; salaries are credited by 3rd of every month and delays are only in case of weekend or bank holidays on 3rd. We have 50 plus clients in span of 20 months which is good for any start up organisation at international level. Vadodara is our global delivery HUB with other location as client servicing & sales offices being an MNC we have representation office at respective locations. Career at Intransure is defined with competency mapping exercise and years' of experience in respective skill set. Like every organisation we are learning from mistakes and due to which we have to put employees on performance improvement plan and subsequently relieve them.
