It might be your lucky day! - Projects are delivered incidentally, no structure exists in the majority of them - Let't talk about Patra's branch: dirty building, lack of basic functionalities, rude and unprofessional behavior in upper management, toxic environment, lack of ethical values, everyone gossips around, immoral behavior on almost daily basis - HR has completely left out the term 'human'. It just exists because of necessity and obligation due to the size of the company. When it comes to actual human resource matters, HR is left out of the game - If you are a junior engineer willing to know and work overtime to prove your value join them - If you are a person with no work ethics, who likes to gossip around, you will be a good match
