They rarely know what you are doing and what is your level in terms of technical achievement. - The company won't spend a dime on a professional IDE. If you something like that you'll have to spend from your own low salary - Nothing new in the technologies in terms of innovation. The code you'll have to face is what the client handles to the company and that's it. If you want a stable salary and and have a family to raise then this is the place to be. But if your vision is to evolve as a programmer this place is not for you. Turn around and run fast
