In general, most employees are in their 20s and there is a lot of after-work socializing with coworkers. This is a lot of opportunity for advancement because many employees are young and move along quickly so if you want to stick around and take on a little responsibility you can get promoted pretty quickly.

The pay tends to be low and the pressure to make the company money can be strangely high given the semi-altruistic mission that is espoused from management. Some of the divisions run visa exchange programs that are kind of sketchy. There is a lot of disillusionment among employees who often stay a year or less.
