- The small amount of coworkers (~20 people) welcomed me with open arms and ended up feeling like family. - There were plenty of opportunities to work overtime. - I was trained well and there was no drama between coworkers. - I learned a lot about health insurance benefits. - The President and Vice-Presidents (Dan, Barb, and Alan) are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to different ideas. - Free breakfast every now and then! - I would still work here had I not been laid off.
Svantaggi
- The salary was not the best. - Not a lot of room to move up or earn a raise. - These cons are more due to the fact that the company is still small and growing.
