The grand idea would lure in scientists who had established careers around the country and drop them into a world of uncertainly. No management, no attainable goals and no idea of what the company was even doing. Even from the inside it was unclear. If they were lucky they were employed 6 months before their position was " eliminated " if you are already in Maryland, fine- but do NOT relocate for this company
