You will learn to keep your opinions and career development goals to yourself because management has little interest in those. Management is distant because they don't want to get close to those they are planning to let go. There is almost no company morale or camaraderie. What bonds there are get formed by those on the ground akin to battle tested bonds. Questionable IP moving forward.
