Also, the salary is good and the company helps to receive it in Brazil by a partnership with Brazilian companies to easily convert dollars to Brazilian reais.

Some pieces of the codebase are not so nice, and we are facing some trouble to organize the ideas to continuously solve them. Also, things not related to code, such as infrastructure are a little bad and I cant see that changing in short or mid time.
