We have some very solid challenges that needs to be solved and the whole team always try working together to come up with the best solution for the problem. Everyone is very supportive and knows how to give feedback whenever needed in a very constructive way. I would say what most impressed me working here is the supporting culture where we can always find someone willing to help. Also the whole organization is very open to suggestions and this is something that is encouraged on every level. Your voice is as important as someone from the higher ranks in the company. Another very nice thing, typical to startups, is that the company is full of challenges to be solved. However it's not as most other startups I've worked for, where we had a very tight schedule to deliver things. Here we normally take our time to find the best solution as a team even if it's not the fastest route. We value a well structured and easy to maintain code other than delivering something as fast as possible. We are also building a very nice culture of online meetups, coffee-breaks and playing some games to get some more time together as a team to know each other better and socialize more outside the technical aspects. This has been very nice, especially during these troublesome times during the pandemic.

Due to the fact of being a startup our processes are always changing and we normally are required to step out of our comfort zone to tackle all kinds of different challenges from many areas, so it might not be a fit for everyone. But if you like this kind of fast paced and wall changing environment it might be a nice fit for you. One guarantee is that you will not get bored here ;)
