They genuinely care about the team. - Great customers-- you get a unique chance to work with really cool companies here.

Not so much a con as a consideration: it's a small, early-stage team. So you get a lot of autonomy and a chance to build out processes as you go-- which is awesome if that's what you like, but might not be for everyone if you prefer the structure of larger, more established companies.
