To thrive here, you have to be a man, and a man that only ever agrees with leaderships opinions and doesn’t speak up for anyone or anything else. Men at the company will explicitly tell women not to ask questions, offer feedback, or speak in meetings. There is no female leadership, only men in power. If you’re looking to work at a company where you’ll be silenced, scoffed at, and one where women are considered lesser than men, definitely work here.
