Vantaggi
* Lots of food and food-related events * Some great and smart people. * Decent product * Lots of food! * You can work hard and contribute a lot in this flat-organization * Did I mention the food? * Potentially a great starter environment
Svantaggi
* No privacy (totally open environment) * A corporate culture dominated by the HR department and the kitchen * Employees are resources * Don't expect to make lasting relationships with many people * The management is not very enlightened; sort of old-school DEC * Apparently, the lunch & learn programs are mandatory * Don't pay very well, except for Sales (where you can potentially earn a lot) * Top-notch, high-level results are expected daily. Don't expect to earn points or kudos. Best you can do is break even. * Management isn't interested in your ideas. You are just there to implement their ideas * The product is not as good as they think it is (especially compared to competitors) * Some of the upper management isn't as smart as they think they are After I was let go more than one recruiter told me they wish they could have warned me about the place.
