- great environment (people are young and driven and very friendly and helpful) - good pay - no bureaucracy - lots of responsibility

- structure is a bit unclear, would require more mid-level management, hard for the founders to manage a company growing this fast by themselves in an efficient manner.

You get exposure to all parts of the business because the company demands all hands on deck on a regular basis.

The lack of professionalism in upper management is shocking. Regular emotional angry outbursts from the CTO ensured for an uncomfortable work environment. Speeches from the CEO were something else, putting himself amongst billionaires - something he aspires to become, the worker exploitation part and parcel. While I was there the diversity was extremely low, which was very disappointing.
