Not a good place to work - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Specialist presso Intuilize

Was here for 2 weeks and was fired after taking off a few days that had already been negotiated prior to being hired. 2 weeks were I received no feedback and no chance to improve. I was also told to send an email prior to my time off explaining what my plan was to make up for those days. Not sure this company even knows what time off is. The CMO is a very strange lady. Assigned tasks without explaining or guidance and when questions or feedback was asked didn’t bother to explain, simply said follow what I did. The CEO is very lost, they also didn’t even have the decency to remove me from their systems after talking to me. On my last day of vacation, they removed my access to everything and expected me to want to chat about what may have gone wrong. Why would I care about your feedback if I was fired, idiots!
