Vantaggi

Good wages and good people working at the company. The employees are what give it pros.

Svantaggi

Constantly changing roles and responsibilities, they roll out AI and internal software before it's ready which creates so many issues, there is no consistency across teams in the same department and no resources provided that are reliable. I also just found out that since Quickbooks classes their employees as "Select Time" you do not get Disability if you need to take a leave. They say they care about the employee but then only give the state or federal required minimum benefits. They offer nothing themselves. Im a first time mom, due next year and they just let me know I will have no paid leave....I support my household so I have to now birth a child and come back work the next day. It's a great example of how they view their employees. It's all great until you need help and then they offer none. Very sad to have wasted years here.

Vantaggi

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Svantaggi

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
