Top tier product that is great for experience. Fun work atmosphere with strong cohesive teams. I felt appreciated as an employee with lots of great perks, offsites, etc. The scale at which Intuit operates at is great for career growth and is valuable even when leaving Intuit.
Svantaggi
Seasonal business (TurboTax) with lots of high pressure situations. Lots of silos and job requirements are set in stone, no room to move outside of your box (that's a con for me, maybe not for others). Had ethical concerns of the predatory nature of the product (TurboTax) and with the company's stance overall.
