Owner take an interest in new employees and interns, and have regular conversations. Lots of transparency, even when things aren't going well. The honesty is refreshing! It's a growing company that finally has found it's footing with a number of products and new projects. They have promoted within based on proven performance and employee relationships. They do a great job of positioning people based on their talents and experience to be successful, while also allowing employees to pursue new interests or challenges within.

Fast growth can make it hard to meet new coworkers or build relationships. Can also affect company culture, diluting it a bit as new people come on board. A few bad contracts in the past and lack of direction resulting in layoffs and some drama at the tops. They made changes to improve, and things seem to be much better.
