There was nothing positive about this company.

They pay directly and accurate.

Work from home, flexible schedule. w2 as opposed to 1099, it is actual employment.

Management. There seems to be a lack of communication in management which can cause quite the headache as well as delays in areas as simple as training. Low pay. They may talk about how if you complete 15 orders or more, you get 50 cents per order. That may be true but an overwhelming majority of the time you will find that your calls will end up over 3 and a half minutes and that atleast 1 in 10 of those calls will be a complaint or require a transfer. Further you will find that half the people who do order will take a long time to make up their minds. This in return will make you rarely get above the 15 order mark, and in return be stuck at minimum wage. Forced workdays. Under no circumstances do they grant you to not work on these days. Whether it is medical, technical, or otherwise, you are going to possibly get terminated. Locked in schedule. While you're free to make your own schedule, you are going to be locked into it for 90 days. Make sure that you are comfortable with this and comfortable with your expected income (average between 7.25 and 8 an hour).
