There are N cons when it comes to ITP.
1.Salary: Salary doesn't credit on time . Salary credits into account only on 15th and most of times even delayed further.
2. Salary Hikes: This is a fancy word and only certian people who does butter up to CEO n CTO are supposed to get hike
3.Management: Managers here are dumb who are neither good management nor technical.
4.Transport: No cab is provided for employees in Night shift and all the employees needs to come in EST time zone with their own Risk
5.Cafeteria: No room for cafeteria as whole office itself is the size of dormitory in big corporates.
6.Work: Be ready to work on crap projects as ITP has no solid clients and company will make sure you to work on all crap projects deviating your core skills.
7. Job Security: Job security is a myth in ITP, ITP has the utmost job insecurity. Employees are treated as tissue papers and are thrown out anytime. This is best place to land if you need high job insecurity.
8. Provident Fund: No PF as the company has no more than 15 employees.
9. HR&Policies: No HR, no policies are framed as employees are treated as slaves and should abide what ever the instructions come from CEO n CTO.
10: Personal Life: Personal Life is a myth or dream, ITP will ensure to make employee work overtime on crap things
11: CEO&CTO: These guys are the key owners who are good for nothing and all decisions are vested in the hands of them from appraisals to getting projects ,employee timeoff's..etc. These guys are neither good in people management nor technical just by sheer luck with the amount they invested became the owners of company.
