The engineering stack is outdated, and leadership lacks the ability to define a clear technical or product direction. Although there's talk of innovation and scaling, management frequently delegates strategic decisions to teams without providing support or clarity. Overall, the workplace is a disheartening place to work. Even basic matters, like reimbursing travel expenses, are often overlooked.
