The people. I genuinely enjoy going to work every day to be around the people. They are some really smart, supportive, and bright individuals with a lot to offer both personally and professionally. My manager supports my career and passions outside of work, which seems to be consistent across all teams. CEO asks for feedback, and cares about making the work environment fun, and enjoyable. There's lunch and beer offered on Friday (or any day or time you think you deserve a beer), special occasion champagne, celebrations for wins, team events, in house yoga, game rooms, and outdoor activities over the summer months. Expectations for performance are high, but create a competitive environment for people to work hard and do well. Did I mention the people? Really great people.
