Really really poor management. Unorganized. If you want to work with a company who has ZERO room for growth work here. Unethical behavior displayed among management. Very high turnover! You have no job security at this company. They change employees and management like a person changes socks!

I worked for a very short time as a Clinical Trainer. It was a battle to get reimbursed for travel I paid upfront and even bigger battle to get paid for the work once an assignment was completed. This company fired the wrong people. They fired all the sales people instead of the managers who were directing the sales people. The upper management at this company are under qualified, uneducated, and I agree with the previous post- highly unethical. Im sure the owners of this company have no idea the way people are treated, or maybe they do? The sales and clinical teams should be working together, but everything is secretive and shady. The COO of this company definitely should not be in charge of trainers or anyone else for that matter. The company needs to look into why the turn over is so high. People do not want to work for someone who uses personal attacks fear and intimidation as their management style.
