Tons of autonomy - ability to take projects and run with them Growing established company with a strong start-up feel Great atmosphere - work hard environment but everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly Longer term employees are extremely helpful to getting newer hires up to speed Management is honest and direct

If you need more direction and hand holding vs freedom to make your own decisions this might not be the best fit. Also, a sense of humor is a must!
