Management changes decisions frequently with no communication. • Toxic culture: Bullying is normalised, and staff wellbeing is not a priority. Concerns are brushed aside or ignored. • Profit over people: The company only cares about money. There is no interest in developing or supporting employees. • Fake values and culture: They promote a strong company culture and values externally, but none of it is reflected in day-to-day practice. • Forced reviews: Most of the positive reviews here are not genuine – staff are pressured to write them to boost ratings. • Chaotic processes: No structure or consistency in workflows, leading to daily confusion and frustration. • No future growth: It’s not a place to build a career. High turnover and a lack of investment in people make long-term commitment pointless.
