Company CEO , Project head, HR head leval are very good , very good standards, faviourable to all employees , friendly nature. But Delivary,PM level management behave like a labour to their team members, if your are new employee without from their circle or if you are not faviour them. As per my knowledge, they have team members from their circle. All benefits onsight, high etc are only to those,even they don't have technical stuff aslo, If you have no circle with them . Better thinks twice. Becoz they only thin, whether team member faviour to them or not. if not , then they can play any thing irrespective of standards like relocate issue, performance, termination, uncessary escaltion etc. HR , PM , Delivariy head mangament all are mingle and play any thing with team member . they don't thing delivarable or technical stuff,they only think only you are faviour or not. But if you have good capability to reach with high level like HR head, Porject head and also yor have storng technical knowlege , then it will be better.
