Working at Inventec was a good learning experience, especially for developing strong customer service and communication skills. Processes were generally well-structured, and expectations were clear. It was a good environment to gain experience in a corporate and global company setting.

The workload could be demanding at times, particularly during busy periods, and flexibility was limited. Like many customer service roles, the work could become repetitive, and opportunities for growth within the role were somewhat limited.
