Everyone is very nice and friendly, it makes it overall a nice place to work, very cool product with a lot of potential to make a difference.

The company has been struggling financially for several years. In addition to financial difficulties, there have been flawed over-hiring practices which have contributed to regular rounds of redundancies over the last 36 months.

Driving highly impactful projects with the potential to save lives.

Strong focus on profitability and survival, which is understandable, but comes at the expense of company culture.
