I get to work with exceptionally talented people that are passionate about what we do here and are excited to come to work every day. The Senior Management is cohesive, charismatic, visionary, and philanthropic about where the company is headed and it's mission statement. They embrace transparency in the workplace by incentivizing employees with bonuses that tie into the overall financial health of the organization. They are also incredibly fun individuals who make the office vibe light and friendly.
