6yHello, I am the COO at Inventum so I take full responsibility for your experience at Inventum. However, I believe this review is not a factual reflection of our work environment.
1. You mention that the salary is given on time and yet claim financial instability. I'm sure you realise this is a contradiction.
2. The only salary deductions are those mandated by law under heads such as TDS and PF which are paid to the government of India and your PF account respectively.
3. Annual Appraisal: We have a bi-annual appraisal cycle and also mid-term reviews for exceptional employees. Hike and growth are based on annual performance appraisals and the average increments are matched with industry standards. Top performers can expect double-digit percentage increments, while non-performers may not receive any. The rating is provided by peers and department heads. Increments are paid out retrospectively in case there is a delay in the appraisal cycle.
4. FNF is only delayed if the leaving employee has not completed his or her exit formalities like handing over, KT, notice period, etc.
5. As you can see from our web site and also must have learned during your interview process, we are a product company and not a software services organisation. Therefore, we do not deploy development staff onsite at customer locations.
