Good core group of people with high levels of competence. The business is a niche business and requires strong commitment to the company, the products and the customer base.

Company was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway and has been mismanaged since then. Business focus has been lost and customer dissatisfaction is rampant. New ownership does not understand the business and has no interest in learning.
