The robots and spin off projects are exciting. Current production product is stable. Facilities for physical testing.

Poor culture and management decisions. Production level product lacks ability to grow and little resources seem to be spent on bettering it. This resulted in stale state of apparent company growth. Spin-off projects are poorly managed and clients expectations aren't kept in check. Lack of remote working days for software developers. Micromanaging is a problem. People who shout the loudest get the most reward.

The product has something to say in the market and pretty innovative R and D team!

R and D team ignores the information coming from services, Top managers in company don’t have deep knowledge of their product quality and jump from one project to the next one without finishing them properly.
