Aim also has pretty good health benefits as well as 401k w/ 4% match and 6% MPP contribution each year. Also AIM likes to promote people from within.

salaries are way below market, unless your an analyst or portfolio manager. Raises are minimal, I have never received more that a 1-2% cost of living increase. Not much job stability, there have been four layoffs during my short four year tenure.
