Amazing management with open door policy, I felt like my options were valued. Loved the company culture, I enjoyed going to work everyday and felt like I was always learning and growing and definately improved my sales and marketing skills. Everyone here was very supportive.

Location was a bit far for myself to get to everyday.

While working for Invictus Direct, I have been able to grow so much both personally and professionally. The fast-tracked training program has given me the opportunity to learn more than I ever though I could in such a short amount of time. I have not yet had a job that has managed to teach me as much as I have learned here. Being rewarded for my hard work has been so encouraging and has given me that extra push when I need it most. The team atmosphere has made me feel right at home here and I truly feel like I have made some friends for life!
