Vantaggi

You get to meet hundreds of people every day as field, brand-ambassador. This offers great opportunities for networking, developing self-esteem, building endurance, and improving customer service skills. You develop strong verbal communication skills Your understanding of marketing and the psychology and science behind sales is heightened. You gain experience in face-to-face marketing, which allows you to develop stronger relationships and brand loyalty with your customers (if you do it right). Encourages you to take more control of your time and be intentional about what you place your energy into. Weekly pay Opportunity for upward promotion. Provides training.

Svantaggi

Although a great learning experience, team members (especially new starts) are often caught off guard by last-minute decisions and process changes. If you do not have additional income sources, this business is not for you. They aren't transparent about the financial risks that come along with the program. Does not offer travel, lodging, meal reimbursement or stipends. Keep in mind, in the first few months of your employment you travel to different locations around the country (in your own vehicle). If you believe in work-life balance and aren't in a position to devote most of your time (including weekends) to the program, you will be slow in progression.

Vantaggi

I can’t think of any.

Svantaggi

Where do I start . Don’t bother. Unless you’re content with spending the next year of your life to (potentially) open up your own office in this pyramid scheme… Yes, I said ONE year. Have fun haggling people for donations when you are at a so called “event” in front of a Walmart in some shopping center. I had two interviews and they asked me to start my first day the next day (red flag). Left after the first day. Would have left earlier if i didn’t carpool with one of the other employees to this shopping center. (I think they did that on purpose). Icing on the cake, the training entailed me (and I’m not joking) asking people “Hey! You care about kids right??” To get people to stop at our tent. It almost didn’t seem real. Literally, these are the people I despise. Pay is trash. Never explained what the “events” were until my first day in the office. Do yourself a favor and don’t get played by them. They are full of it. Don’t drink the Kool-Aid
