The agency invests in its people, giving them chance to attend cultural events, learn new skills, and broaden their perspectives. There is lots of flexibility and freedom within the agency and with a little proactivity and ambition there is ample opportunity to grow both vertically or horizontally.

The agency doesn't adhere to a traditional or hierarchical org design and there is shared accountability across teams, which may not work for everyone.
