Felt very creative, nice looking place

I was the "Con" to myself.

Cool idea, creative freedom, connections—no follow through on any of them.

No actual follow through on any of the listed pros. Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. Only five people working there, not enough employees to actually run the business effectively. They hire interns and don't pay them to make up for the employees they don't hire.
