Good job but has lots of room to grow - Recensione dipendente - Event Sales Director presso Invited

I worked as an Event Sales Director at a club for Invited and wish so badly that this was a better company to work for because I enjoyed my job. However, corporate did consolidate their regional team during my time at Invited which made each seller lose a lot of support from the regional level. Our club also experienced some sexism issues as well as harsh management style that was brought to the corporate level and were ultimately ignored. I enjoyed my day to day but the corporate and leadership made me decide to leave the company. In addition to this, Invited does not offer many benefits (i.e. no parental leave, no 401K match, etc.) There is also little to no training provided for onboarding. When I put in my resignation notice, I was the only one to train the new Event Sales Directors - no upper management or regional provided onboarding or support. Unfortunate for such an exciting idea and job to ultimately be not pleasant to work for.
