It is not that you find good mentors everytime but here at Invntree it's a blend of great minds and good mentors, which one would not want to leave.

I have worked here for 3 years. This is a great place to learn and develop skills. Employee skills development and growth is given more priority over anything else. The work environment is positive. The management is always ready to listen to and act towards any concerns an employee may have. A place to grow.

Nothing that i can think of. But of course the company is small so sometimes plans and policies are not strategic and smooth.
