Lots of autonomy for all levels. Great place for learning. Longer-tenure teammates have a wealth of knowledge to share.

Flat structure often leads to chaos with no managers reviewing work. Little standardization and no company growth, even though the company has been in business for 2+ decades. Toxic positivity, even with missing client deadlines. The board also brings in new business, so if losing a client, it seems like there's no pressure to improve.
